Job Responsibility
- The job responsibilities include creating, maintain and providing various reports and summaries including operational drive and trend to the operation manager, assist developing compliances of accounting procedures, system, and practices
- communicate with restaurant regarding the discrepancies found in weekly reporting and ensuring resolution of outstanding issues, works with RA manager to ensure reporting variances, prepare various reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends, proposes and implementing process improvement for areas of responsibility and complete monthly closing process.
- Providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data Preparing asset, liability and capital account entries by analyzing account information
- Documentation of financial transaction by updating account data Recommending financial actions and summarizing the current financial status
- Collecting data, preparing balance sheet, and profit and loss statement Handling financial transactions by auditing documents
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
