Job Responsibility
- The role includes advising on the sale and disposal of energy and natural resource assets upstream, midstream and downstream, and the development and financing of those assets.
- You will be exposed to market leading transactions, fast paced sale and purchase contracts and complex multi-jurisdictional work.
- The firm are looking to secure individuals who have a broad corporate, commercial or energy experience, with experience in oil and gas or the extractive sector.
